Mr. Rodas specializes in telecommunications infrastructure - assessment, optimization, design; network management operation and implementation; NOC (iNOC) tools, processes, procedures (IT/OT integration); smart grid (renewables, communications); advanced metering infrastructure & demand response; utility project acceptance, and control center communications & integration of substation devices.
He has successfully led many communications projects covering areas of system operations and management of transmission system networks, energy management systems, and SCADA systems.
